Original MRR legislation included two parts: repeal of gas-tax diversions to motorized recreation and implementation of user-funded standards to protect our state from the unwanted effects of snowmobiles, ATVs, dirt-bike motorcycles and four-wheel drive trucks.

To focus on the money trail MRR legislation introduced in 2008 is singularly focused on repealing gas-tax diversions to motorized recreation.
