MRR's One Quiet Lake program provides education and assistance assembling your quiet seeking neighbors to restore or protect peace and quiet on a local lake. The Minnesota DNR provides technical support to applicants seeking to regulate local surface waters. The DNR prestents the applicant's case to the legislature which ratifies the local decision.
